Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Hair Extensions

For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been:

• Opened
• Worn
• Installed
• Colored
• Cut
• Altered in any way

Shipping

Southern Grace Collection is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
